To fully enjoy the opportunities in Casmira, you should register and immigrate. Tourists can chat and explore, but as a citizen of Casmira you will have access to the following features and privileges:

• Reserve a unique citizen name for your use only.
• Build and own property. As a citizen your property remains under your control and ownership, and cannot by deleted by other users.
• Send telegrams to other citizens.
• Send files to other citizens.
• Locate and join other citizens anywhere in the virtual environment.
• Maintain a contact list to keep in touch with your friends.
• Choose from the wide variety of avatars available.

At this time, citizenships in Casmira are available for an annual fee of $30.00. To obtain a Casmira citizenship, download and install the Casmmira browser, then click the "Register Now" button at the top left of the browser window and fill out the form. If you are under eighteen years of age, a parent or guardian must make this citizenship request for you.

Provided that the citizen name you have chosen or your e-mail address is not already in use, you will be granted temporary citizenship, entitling you to all of the priviliges available in Casmira, until the information you have supplied has been verified. The red "Register Now" button will disappear from your Casmira Browser. We will email you your username and password for your records once your registration has been confirmed.

If you do not have a credit card, you may register by mail. Print your name, address, email address, phone number, and your requested citizenship name on a blank sheet of paper, and enclose it along with a check made out to "RVO" in the amount of $30.00. Send your request to:
