We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

bd-if u mean "how long it takes?"-well the seed pod will be ready when i`ll c its ready-most of the vandas takes time to prduce a good seed pod
somtimes even more than 5 month
the seedling will go out from the last flask after 2-3 years and the flower will hopfully apeer after 3-4 years later(if all be good)
and than my dear frind fadi will have 1 plant for free as a present
wish me good luck-thats my favorit orchid !!!!!!!!!!!
i crossed the hole world to get it!!!
isnt it a beutty?

Hi Bruce,
With most of my pollination experiments, I can usually tell if the pollination works in a couple of days.
The flowers will wilt differently compared to natural aging. The wilting is so rapid that it is scary sometimes - a healthy flower could curl up and dry up in a day and still retain its colors.
