[Finished!] CASMIRA in transition to new server

Hi,

For those of you who are having trouble getting into CASMIRA: We will have CASMIRA back up sometime this week. I will post here once things are working properly again in the 3D world. Thanks for your interest.

Ok, sorry about this, but with federal jury duty and other life issues this week, CASMIRA got bumped to the end of the 'fix-it' list. We will work on it over the weekend. Thanks.

Okay, CASMIRA is now working!!! For anyone who has already downloaded and installed CASMIRA, you can get into CASMIRA by doing the following:

Right click on START, select Explore, Program Files, RVO Casmira, Casmira, Aworld Configuration Setting (double click to edit this file)

The top of the file should look like this:

[universe]
host=www.rv-orchidworks.com
host_raw=66.226.76.45
[general]
messages=casmira
splash=casmira


Then click to close the file and it will ask you if you want to save the changes. Say yes. (The old host_raw line used to read 82.165.243.191 and now should read 66.226.76.45 ).

Once you have changed this number in the Aworld Configuration Setting file, simple close all of the windows and locate your shortcut to CASMIRA. (Probably on your desktop) then double click it and you will be on your way to another world!

Or if that all sounds too complex, simply download the installer file (.exe) from the CASMIRA Page on the RVO site. Double click it and follow the instructions! It is simple and fun!!!
