Underwatering most likely, and those leaves look like they belong to an Oncidium, not a Cattleya. The flower, however, is definitely a Catt.

I agree with don. The cattleya bloom has water damage and the oncidium leaves are crinkling because of not enough water (most likely due to over-watering and root rot). The new growth on the oncidium looks promising. Perhaps it is time to take a look at the roots and cleanupp/repot this oncidium.

The cattleya blooms are fading due to age and water contact on the blooms. Its leaves, from what I can see in your photo appear healthy.

    Cheers,
    BD

Thanks for that I knew that the leaves was from an oncidium we have had a lot of rain in the past week so its probably too much water I will maybe repot and inspect the roots. I'll get a better picture of the Cattelya so hopefully I can get a name.
    Thanks a lot Beryl

Your Catt looks like it has some Encyclia in it. I have one called 'Maj', it's similar to yours. That or it could have some C. Amethystoglossa? The throat and lip is very unique shaped. Good Luck with the id...
