    Can you tell me the name of this orchid and is it a cattelya it only has one flower, thanks for all your help

    Well it certainly has Catt. in its background but with thousands of crosses - it would be almost impossible to determine exactly what plant this is. Lovely contrast with the color and the white lip.

    You have a lovely cattleya, it might help others to give you an idea of it's cross if you also include pics that show the plant itself. Good Luck..it's very pretty.

    Yes, I agree. Seeing the leaves and p-bulbs and where the bloom is growing from would help. That said, unless someone has something in bloom now that is a match, it is really hard to get a good orchid identification on hybrids like this one.

    It is a beauty.
