I wouldn't call yourself a 'name nazi'...some of us appreciate knowing the proper names for our various plants. My dad thinks I'm so smart when I tellhim the names of what I have in my yard, much to the credit of my orchidtalk friends. Keep on telling us the names....and thanks!

Thanks for the name correction. That one I've heard of, the other I haven't. But then there's so many new hybrids all the time.

Hi, this is one of my favourite cattleya hybrid, I still don't possess one myself though, and I've been craving for one for quite some time now... How beautiful, and congratulations on your culture. This orchid is not only superb but it has quite a long history behind it; as it is (I think) the first, or one of the first, Cattleya hybrid ever created!!!
