    I love these! Here's mine Large flowers on a large plant but I think it's totally worth the space that it takes up!

    Thank you guys! I think it's supposed to be scented but mine's only been open a couple of days so I can't detect any fragrance just yet.

    lovely and it will get fragrant for you. I refuse to accept purpurata is a Sophronitis and not a Laelia...so for me that is still an Lc, LOL. (Ron steps down from his soapbox)

    Lol, yes, I agree, Sophronitis purpurata just sounds wrong. But I bought it with an already updated tag so I'm just copying what it says

    It developed a scent, it's a very nice, strong, perfume-y fragrance which seems to be stronger in the morning.

    Oh wow! That really is lovely! The lip color is just wonderful. That is the second one of these to be posted on the forum lately (or maybe yours was first)--that I think I'll have to add to my list.
