Default Powellara (Blc) Yuan Nan Mini

I hate all these name changes. I have not made the changes in my inventory list but am considering adding a column to note them. I have this listed as a Blc. It is C. Chocolate Drop x Bl Richard Mueller

But Chocolate drop is C guttata x now Guarianthe aurantiaca instead of C aurantiaca and Bl Richard Mueller is now Brassosophronitis Richard Mueller instead of Bl.

Not happy with the form on the first flower but I am happy with the color.

Ron, you never cease to absolutely amaze me with your flowers....you just blow me away!!!!!! Between your photographic composition and beautiful and unusual flowers, you really stand out as a major contributor to this forum. I, for one, Thank You.

Excellant color! Does it change color over time as the Mueller crosses are wont to do?

I'm surprised the Mueller shape is so dominant.

How large is the plant? Be nice if it stayed small...........

Wow, great color and fragrant too? Why do they keep changing the names?

Taxonomists need to earn their salary???

I don't know about the color change on this one...this is a first blooming for me.

The growths are about 6"...time will tell if it will get any bigger. The dominant Mueller shape is what attracts me to these crosses.

It is being grown in S/H culture.

I second that! Thanks Ron! I love the color in this one. I will be interested hear / see if the color changes and to see if it has spots on the lip in later bloomings.

    Cheers,
