    Default Bllra Tahoma Glacier 'Green'

    I received this as a division from a friend in Aug. 2007. This is the first bloom and spicey fragrance. Life is good!

    Sorry, but that doesn't look like any Tahoma Glacier Green I have seen - I think you have the wrong name there. Try googling that name, just to be sure though.

    It's hard to tell without the rest of the plant, but the flower looks a lot more like a Cattelya hybrid to me.

    I was surprised too by the photo--I was expecting a classic oncid white star. Honestly though, I think I prefer your noid catt! Ah, Tahoma Glacier 'Green' by any other name would smell just as sweet.

    Thanks Bruce, I think you're right on. The only difference I see is there is no white around the outside of the lip on mine and the purple/red (depending on your exposure)around the lip extends to the top of the lip on mine all other markings are exact, even the sepals and petals match. Do you think it's close enought to call? Thanks ischel
