RSJ
There is *much* more green this time. As the flowers age, they do go from green to white. It is a very pretty transition.

I think these flowers transition from green to white as they age. When the first pic was taken, the flowers were at their prime.
Another bud opened up, I'll photo graph it too.

That is a big color shift - thanks for the posts, Traci! Lots of pics of flowers that change as they mature is way ok!

I think it is so beautiful, the transition they go from- the color changes. I think This is my favorite stage, with the green stripe down the center of the petals.

Thumbs up Another Update

Only 2 more buds to open! It was *really* hard getting an accurate pic of the color. At this point the flowers are still a light green with a slightly darker green veining, The lip is getting deeper red/ orange as the flowers age.

ok I must be nuts, but seeing those pics and your Avatar Traci, I started singing Moon River except the words goes:-

Green Lantern,
Opening up it's blooms,
It's such a lovely sight,
To seeeeee...
Oh wish maker,
List is longer,
Whenever, I find one,
I'll buy it that day....

ok, I ain't gonna win Idol or any writing comps...

Thanks for pic updates Traci.

Cheers
Tim
