    Interestingly I have what is proposed to be the same cross but the flower is distinctly toward orange.
    I like your colors better. Nice plant.

    How's he doing, Ron? He lived somewhere in the midwest and then taught down in Virginia for a year or two. I think he was headed back home, but this was all a few years ago.

    Hi Nick...welcome to the forum...being these are from a seed cross and not a mericlone there will be a fairly large variance in color with this cross. Guess I lucked out

    Just updating the color shift on this one. Didn't bother pulling it again to take a more formal photo. The rest of the buds are now open

    I posted the first pic on 1/6 and here we are at 2/17 and still blooming away on the same spike. This is the final color update for I would expect the flowers to start fading within a week or so. I had forgotten that it turned this color
