    Hi Joe.
Thanks for aprecieri.Da very much I love flowers. Orhideele In particular, because here are outstanding. Unfortunately for me orhideele you see on the forum is not found in Romania but are excellent and a joy to see them at will. Thanks.
As you understand dendrobium bought the photo is not high for me. I remember it was a joy to have in the house and to keep thriving.
And now I have but has not flourished. A word of advice maybe?

You need to keep it cool to flower. I leave mine outdoors untill it is almost freezing, then I move it into a greenhouse that is just above freezing.

Not a Dend., it's a cymbidium. The will not bloom as house plants. You need to grow it outside and leave it out in the fall until the temps get to just above freezing. Then you need to move it someplace that stays cool or the buds will blast.

Cymbidiums need a lot of light, so easier to get them to bloom if they grow outside where they get more light.

Also, one of the things to do with Cymbidiums is to water at night during summer to cool down the plant.

    Thank you all.
Yes I know is wrong cymbindius
She read and I knew as a condition to bloom is to leave up to the limit Afra frozen, but I tell you frankly we never had the courage that is not afraid to die.
In Romania, starting in November, never know when snowing outside and freezing overnight. Begins in November or cold rain, wind and very cold overnight is already cold and snow. So we risked.
But due to a move voua orchids in the place where a tin in a cool place with light.
Thanks to all those advise me as well as I forgive mistakes and I deal with the patient.
Thank you and have time for me.

I am so glad I read your post. Now I know to set mine out in the icky chilly weather we are having in my normally warm Florida. I'll let it chill it's heels out on the side patio that gets the coldest temps out of the whole yard.
Good luck with your cymbid. I hope that beauty blooms again for you just so we can see pictures of it again!

Oh, yes, a cym. Beautiful color too. Try the cool down as suggested and hopefully you will get lots of blooms to share here in a few months.

    Cheers,
    BD
