When I started growing lindleyi serveral years ago, I knew nothing
about it. My grandfather gave me only 1 basket with small tightly
crowded of pseudobulbs. He instructed me how to take care of it.
I was about 11 years old, lazy and almost forgot about my new plant.
Until 1 day in February,I found a lot of yellow fragrant flowers
in my basket. They were all absolutely gorgeous and very impressed me.
After that, I feel enjoy to breed them. Day after day, I separated
a lot of small bulbs into the new baskets, bigger and bigger every year.
Mouse and snail also love my dendrobium, not to see but to eat bulbs
and young flowers ,so I have to work hard at night, especially in February.
My grandfather passed away many years ago, but it seems that he still
smile at me whenever the orchids bloom.

Fantastic!! The orchids are very special to us now too.
Those are gorgeous! What's your technique for getting them to bloom so profusely?

Spectacular flowers! Wow!
Such a lovely plant -- and a wonderful story. How lucky you are to have such an heirloom from your grandfather. He has brought beauty and joy to many people! I would LOVE to have one of these -- they are so cheerful and bright!
