Never seen before new species from Borneo very dark orange with the flower partially opened, growth habit similar like dendrobium cruminatum, cane more than one meter.
Part of the plant with flowers.
That is beautiful! It is great when they find new species, thank you so much for the photos.
Beautiful color, I love the shape of the blooms, very graceful!
Wonderful... and so colourful! So Zain, who's got naming rights? Will this be called Dendrobium zainalii?![]()
May, that is nice! Love the color.
Cheers,

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box!! OrchidTalk is a world community. Celebrate our Diversity!
wow, thats pretty, i love it.
This vibrant orange colour shows up so well in mixed collections I find. Unusual colours don't always fit in . I remember taking some Vanda Pachera Delight - very dark blue flowers along for inclusion on my Society stand, and in the end-after trying them everywhere we took them off. Lovely as they were they just did not fit in with anything else. But this sort of orange range goes well with whites and yellows, and does not seem to jar even with pink cattleyas , although to English eyes used to the restrained colours of the cooler temperate world, orange and pink together are usually a guaranteed no-no.

Beautiful.
