hi to all,

i have a little guy here with a tiny cute bloom.
it wasnt easy to get a decent shot and the bloom was upside down. those "horns" are on the upper part, i find em very distinctive and hope somebody could id it for me.

here we go and thanks.

wow, after days of researching and today's help from nelson, i was finally able to id the little guy,
its infact the dendrobium philippinense.

hi carrie,
yes the roots are bare like most of my plants, just mounted on bamboo, hope this little guy likes the spot, if not i will place it outside after it finished blooming.
no fragrance though or at least for me, it seems there are always tiny ants in the bloom, so there must be something....

cheers
