One of my favourites from long ago blooming again... Beautiful Orange Cattleya which becomes more intense in tones after a few days with the cranberry ruffled lip. Sorry, NOID, any clues?
Cheers, Michael

That's a beaut, MIchael. I just love the lip!

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box!! OrchidTalk is a world community. Celebrate our Diversity!
Wonderful sunset colors on the lip.

I recently saw a few Potinara types with that coloring, you might try a search of online vendors Pot. types. If you don't find it's name, I'd be willing to add it to my growing collection of noids! I love the colors!![]()

....don't forget to stop and smell the orchids; at least the good smelling ones anyways.
This is the same cattleya, but now the colour is very intense and at it's
perfection! Nicely fragrant too. As I am in the gemstone business and there
is a very rare/prized genuine sapphire of that sunset colour named PAPARAJA,
I think I will name this NOID cattleya "Paparaja" for me as well (the gem is frightfully expensive by the way, if you find a good one!). ENJOY!

It really is an outstanding catt, Michael. A real gem as you so aptly put it!
Man - that is wonderful!
