at least you have 2 long ones.
ciao,
ron
let the economy go down the drain, but please dont touch my orchids
Fortunately these are from the main growth. The other 2 are from a very small new lead, wouldn't expect much anyway. To the right of the pot, can you see a green line with little bumps on it ?? Thats a LONG spike on Aer. maculosa. What length you reckon ?
Wow that is very long at least more than 2 feet, looking forward maculosa in bloom Roy.Anyway i like the fox tail orchid lovely.
Zain, your a good guesser, the maculosa spike is currently 685mm or 2 feet 2 3/4inches long with one branch.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box!! OrchidTalk is a world community. Celebrate our Diversity!
Oh, I like these! Doubt if I could grow them without a greenhouse.
This is such a great place to find more orchids to add to my wish list!!
Beautiful! Such long and graceful spikes.
Love it!!! So beautiful!
