It has spots Yew. As Ron says, ithe photo was taken under full sun. This orchid is planted in a sunny spot which gets full sun from morning till about 1 PM.
I know how much a difference a little more sun can have on a flower's color. So that may be one factor to consider.
I observed though that Ron's mokara has more rounded flowers. Mine has more elongated sepals and petals.
But what the heck? I'm already happy knowing that it's a Mokara ;-)
