This is an old & faithful orchid that has a wonderful scent. For a long time, it occupied a 4-inch clay pot and I was too cowardly to repot it. It got to a point where the pot was just a passenger attached to the plant. One day I finally attacked it and although it was a long, scary process, it paid off. I intentionally over-potted it a tad so I wouldn't have to go through the ordeal again any time soon. These flowers have faded since this photo was taken and I will post a recent photo soon so you can see how different it looks now.

Gita--it does have a citrusy/perfumy smell. But not disturbingly overwhelming. Just a nice, light scent throughout the greenhouse. Of course, the fans help to disperse it nicely. Thanks for the compliments! I'm going to post the current pic soon. The sunny colors are almost washed out to the point of no color now!

And here is Orange Crush, several weeks later. The first shot was of both inflorescences with only about half of the buds open. This shot is of only one. The one on the left got so heavy with the open flowers, that it started to keel over when I moved the plant to take the picture. The flowers aren't as attractive and I'm going to cut them off soon, but they still have the scent.

Wow can't believe it's the same plant - but still attractive.
