    Default Vanda lindenii

Hi friends, just to share with you,Vanda species from Indonesia I never seen this flower before just opened 2 weeks ago. Very fragrant especially early in the morning, well I think this is Vanda lindenii. Many people thought this is Vanda hestifera actually is not. The flower similar like Vanda celebica but the lip is not pink-red as in celebica.

I loked thru a few websites and forums and found this plant. From the picks it is lindenii but discussions seem to suggest celebrica. I would have no hesititaion in calling it V. lindenii. Very nice and rare by the comments.

    Default Vanda scanden

    Derek.
This is Vanda scanden, well the morphology almost similar like Vanda lindenii and Vanda celebica but the different is the lip . Scanden triangular shape and celebica red pink with the lip curve downward.
