    uniflorum = only one flower - that's a name which is a bit of turn-off. But seeing it is quite different. Makes me think, hey, maybe this goes on my wish list, And talking of dendrobiums on the wish list - the latest Orchid Digest has mouth-watering pictures of dozens of species which I had never seen before. I guess a lot are New Guinea ones, and no way of getting them - at least here in UK. ( I could have put this as a message in the thread about orchid things which irk me.... finding plants I would love to have and know there is no chance ).

    hi geoff,
    that name "uniflorum" on this dendro is actually misleading, it can have several flowers and they last up to 6 weeks or so, changing color into more orange after a couple of weeks.
