    Smile Rth. Michael Edward Boersma

You know it is getting cold in Arkansas when I start having lots of cattleya type orchids coming into bloom. This one really warms the place up with its sunny color. I like that little tinge of red at the center of the bloom. Great fragrance too!

Lovely yellow catt. BD you are right about the cool weather and the cattelyas. We are having a 'cool' spell here (72 - 78F) and my cattelyas are blooming and coming into bud.Normally we find the lavender coloured types more reluctant to bloom but this time even they are blooming. My Blc King of Taiwan is going to bloom in a day or two and a Blc Pink Diamond x Crispin Rosales has just finished blooming.
