Plant generally has the habit of the soft caned dendrobes , like nobile, perhaps with most leaves at the upper part of the cane rather than all along. This plant grown from a large-ish seedling a couple of years ago, and clearly not yet at its full size - the cane maybe 15 inches high and only flowering from the top few nodes - maybe that's what it always does. Flowers 2 inches or so.
This is my clone of Den fredericksianum, the variety with 2 purple 'eyes'.
I find that it is especially lovely with those pretty PURPLE eyes, Yew...Betty :-)
Nice one, Yew Sung.
Geoff yours might be an alba form, mine similar like Yew, Nice.
I use to have one similar to yours Geoff and it did really well mounted. I gave it to a friend when I had to move.
Both are beautiful dendrobiums. Nice growing guys!
