    Default Aerides affine

I have two plants of this one too , trhe same as for the houlletiana I posted last, and the same applies, both from the same source, both looking very similar this one maybe 3 weeks earlier than the other - they have been on opposite sides of the greenhouse. A qood flower count here, maye 80 or so flowers, but quite small.

Very nice. My favourite orchid used to be Phalaenopsis but after joining this forum, it sort of change me. I transferred some of my Phals to my dad to make way for other types of orchids.

That spike looks like it wants to keep going...and going... What a trooper! And the flowers are so pretty.

Thank you ; I had not realised that affine is a synonym, and in fact from what I have now read elsewhere, A.multiflora is the correct name.
Another job for the label printer, and thanks again.

After reading another post , which somehow or other I can't see at the moment. and looking elsewhere, I have changed the name to A. multiflora ( a synonym, but the up to date correct name).

A real 'show stopper' Geoff. I don't have eighty plus flowers in my entire greenhouse, let alone one plant. AL
