Smile Dendrobium 'Candy Stripe', a tale of two plants...

I like these little pink flowers so much i've apparently bought it twice. Interestingly one likes to grow very large while the other remains somewhat compact. Neither gets a high bloom count, but both throw two spikes at a time. I'm not sure what happened to the last bloom, but it's cool and enables you to see into the nectary.

I can see why you have two of them - such cute little flowers!

I love this time of year. The dendrobiums all spiking out and blooming. Some will still be in bloom for my birthday in a couple months. You'll have to post yours when they bloom.

Either that or it just shows how awfully forgetfull I am. I am very fond of dendrobiums and although they can take up alot of space when allowed to wander...they just are too pretty for me to corral. If I could i'd have two in every color and kind.

Lovely blooms. Here our hard cane dendrobes bloom throughout the year and very undemanding in their culture.
