Very lovely, indeed. As the proud new owner of exactly three "big catts", exactly one plant has bloomed - as a result, I believe, of its indignant opposition to receiving the news from all over that, being repotted while elderly, sickly, neglected, overcrowded and in bud (all in contravention of all established cattleya wisdom), it should promptly drop all four of its buds, and go into an appropriate coma. I had managed to send off 3 other catts to their final resting place while assiduously following all advice prior to this, so I call it the "Lazarus Cattleya". The long version is in an earlier thread in this forum, but I just wanted to include a couple of pictures to show you. I inherited it from a local nursery where it had been left in a corner to receive accidental watering while multiplying to about 25 pseudobulbs, developing root rot and critters, etc, but never one to refuse a challenge....
