This is distictly lighter in colour than the Pachera's Delights I have been showing lately ; the second flowering of this plant this year - last time I think I showed it under the name Dr Anek x coerulea, and a kind friend here pointed out that it had been registered as the name I now show. It interests me that the flowers are a paler colour than in the spring -due to weather conditions no doubt. Or is it that winter developing buds go slower and have a better chance to get deep colour ?
The color is outstanding
Beautiful, Geoff!!!!! I actually like this lighter coloured version. The tessellations stand out more prominently and reminds one so much of coerulea!
Pretty. Such a deep color.
Oh man, Geoff, that is a stunning vanda orchid bloom! What a delight it must be in your greenhouse now!!
