    Here's an update on my Vanda. It's looking much nicer now. So I had to post another photo. It is in full bloom right now. The second spike is already very large.

    Hi Willeke! How's growing vandas in Vases? Vandas grow huge and roots grow like crazy, right? How do you managed them? Don't they topple down? Most of my vandas are mounted on trees so that they grow undisturbed. I had experience when I mounted them on drift wood, and then when the time the wood decayed, I have to transfer them again to another. My recent purchases came with vanda hangers, so I just hung them on tree branches..

    Well Trevor it's not that difficult. At least for now. When you soak them the roots get very easy to manage. You can just curl them in the vase. When they get to big we just see then.
