    I have no way of confirming it, because I cannot find a picture, but to me it looks like a cross between Cattleya intermedia and Broughtonia sanguinea splash, it is named as Cattleytonia Breathless and has been registered in 1969. It sure is a broughtonia hybrid.

    No pictures found ! There is some "flaring" on the petals that may suggest C. intremedia (var. aquinii) but that lip can have Rhyncolaelia digbyana behind. Is the plant tall?

    It's a small plant, the flower is smaller than a cat. internedia...

    Usually i don't buy NOIDs orchids, but this time (3 years ago) i went to a orchidshow with my daughter and this one was her choice...
