    Thanks Maura
Yes I do live on a very beautiful, tiny island. The weather is mostly warm and sunny, except at this time of the year when we all hold our breath because we are in the path of the storms coming off the African coast. If we get through this then the following months of the year are cooler,(still in the 80s) but cooler at night.
I know you would love living here and BTW the house next door is for sale!!!! how about it? Would love to welcome you, and with the two of us working on our orchids we would beat all the competition.
I have not yet posted a pic of my grow area as it is all over the place but I am working to get it looking presentable so that I can get a good shot.
    Thanks again
    Cheers
    Angela

They are gorgeous Angela. I like nr. 1 and 2, but nr 3 is also very pretty. Well done.

Hi Angela - "Presentable" or not, your orchids are always beautiful.

    On another subject....

To someone who has lived through many of the blizzards of New England (me) and someone who has lived through the hurricanes and tornadoes of the US deep south (Phillip), tropical storms (even the really bad ones) couldn't possibly scare us away. So.... I've told Phillip about our recent posts and he said, I quote: "Ask her how much is the house next door?" I kid you not - we have talked on and off for the past 9 months about moving to an island in the Caribbean - really.

Phillip and I think living next door to you would be great! Seriously. If it's ok with you, I'll send you a PM and a Friend Request for details.

We don't get any Vandas with terete or semi-terete parentage in Uk , and of course what we can't get, we want...( well, some of us do, anyway - if it were more than a few of us, maybe we would get them , but the orchid trade is very stick-in the-mud I find)

How great would that be if Anglea and Maura became neighbors.
