Amazing speciosum. I wish I know how to grow it. I have one of them, but all it does is 'grow'. No sign of blooming. Try to get rid of it at the show, but no takers.

This one needs little in the way of care, after it has finished flowering and the spikes cut off it goes out on the edge of the lawn till the first frosts of the next autumn then put inside in front of the shade house door. I do know that they like a lot of light even up to almost scorching the leaves. The biggest problem is carrying it and it is going to get worse.

Awesome! Well done There was two or three at our show, Pat had one there i think, but i was very surprised at the grand champ, i didnt think much of it. I think that the large speciosum (probably rivals yours!) should have fetched it. But that aside, well done, and i see you have a good horde....or is that the one you too with you?
