    Actually it is a species Laelia. Species is both singular and plural. (Look in the dictionary if you don't believe me.) :check: Specie is not a proper singular form of species. Actually, a specie is a unit of currency, such as a coin.

    I hope I'm not sounding too preachy with this post but this just happens to be my biggest pet peeve in orchiddom.
