I really don't know the parents of this Dendrobe but that is the name on my tag. As Paphioboy says it is either a mutation or a cross of Den Ekapol or King Dragon and as is usual with Thai crosses are not registered or with misleading names to prevent duplicating the crosses by rival nurseries. Just recently at our local show I saw another of this type of cross but with larger flowers and splash petals not unlike a cattelya. I missed purchasing that but has ordered one from the vendor who has just ordered 30 more from Thailand. No name either

BTW thanks everyone for looking in.

Im not sure, but i think Dendrobium lindleyi MAY be one of the parents to this.

I don't think there is any parent from the Densiflora Section of Dendrobium in this cross but a lot of the Australasian Section of Phalaenanthe especially Den bigibbum. As stated earlier I have no idea about the parentage of this cross.

This is a particularly interesting flower type. Would be interested to know what its breeding is.
