Default A Little Dendrobium orchid and a Question

I was given this Den. a few years ago as a rescue project, and I'm pleased that it's finally recovered/happy enough to show me a bloom.

I am no Dendrobium expert, so I have a question. Can anyone tell me what section of Dendrobium this little NOID might belong to? I'm hoping to find out how he wants to be treated during the winter. Maybe if I get it right this year, he'll reward me with even more blooms next year. Thanks in advance.

Phalaenopsis section-includes the bigibums etc to my knowledge-not sure on the exact name of the section but thats what this is. A very nice little beaut!

Oh, and now bigibbum compactum types are no longer dendrobium biggibum etc-it is now Vappodes phalaenopsis, yet another change-sounds alot more awesome though i must say!

Dendrobium bigibbum/compactum type... Looks like you have a potful of seedlings and they're doing great..

Thank you! I looked up winter culture for this section, and it seems they only want a three to four week rest. Oops. That could be my problem... Thank you again!

Look at all the keikies you have!! Nice growing. Such a huge dendrobium orchid bloom for a small plant.

Defineltly a case of simplicity at its best with the flower colour and shape. These moth orchid (phal) type dendros are so desirable. Have these been recently deflasked as a pot full of seedlings by you or vendor?. An incredibly strong kieki producer if not!!!!!!I can see you making lots of new orchid friends!lol
