    Default Blc. Color Magic "Mendenhall" AM/AOS

    This is one of a group of starter plants I bought last year. This is it's first bloom and it started off with two, that's ok by me. Notice the one thin yellow stripe going the full length of the lip, making a runway for pollination. Nature is so neat.

    I assume this is a mericlone and it will improve significantly with subsequent bloomings. The current blooming doesn't look AM-worthy to me, IMHO.. So the true potential hasn't shown yet...

    Now that is a lovely yellow catt! I have to admit, I don't have too many yellows so far...but this one could come home with me anytime!
