It's not Rex 'Sakata'. That clone has solid brown markings on the petals. To me, this plant looks very much like Br. verrucosa, but that's not to say it couldn't be a clone of Br. Rex that exhibits mostly the characteristics of verrucosa (and virtually none of the Br. gireoudiana parent). The typical verrucosa has olive green spotted markings; the spots on the lip are also raised like warts. IOSPE PHOTOS
