    Default Blc. Zul "Waiomao Fantasy"

This is my largest catt. It currently has these two spikes in bloom and 8 or 9 more sheaths that are swollen and full of buds. It apparently blooms from dry sheaths as all of them are dry and had me concerned for awhile that they might not produce anything. I am hoping that the unbloomed sheaths will hold for the March shows. The blooms are long lasting and have a very heavy fragrance. The color is always changing. They open pastel gold/orange and then slowly blend to pinks. It is always sending up leads and they are usually with sheath. There are currently four yound leads with sheaths waiting in the wings and new growth buds forming.
