Beautiful blooms, Connie, though the name we use here is Roongkamol Vejvarut. These Formosae dendrobiums are extremely free flowering and their flowers are very long-lasting too, and because of this it has earned them the name 'Everlasting orchids'. Mine has been blooming for the last 2 years!
Finally; it is fully bloomed. I like how the flowers open in a circle like some of the bulbos...and I forgot to change the spelling of the flower. Next time...lol.

Really nice! I got a formosae section species recently...the black hairs are such an interesting touch! Mine is a mini however....I wonder if the hair density and length depend on the size of the plant.
