I was very lucky to get a division of this plant from a friend in Lakeland.
Definitely very beautiful it's seem it has coerulea blood.
How tall is this pretty Aeridovanda?
Oh, this has such a lovely color...you were lucky!
Lovely blooms, and GREAT photos, Cathy!
Aer. lawrenceae x V. coerulea. Interesting flower, looks nothing like any Aer. lawrenceae influence at all which is very strange. What size size the flower Cathy ?
It appears to have V. lilacina or V. coerulescens in it more than Aerides.
Only one other Aerdv. Blue spur pic found on search & is different in many ways.
This was awarded in Tampa. I will get a tape measure when I am back at home.
Thanks Cathy. I'n not saying the name isn't correct, just find the shape very strange for the cross.
