Not my plant - boo-hoo. But deflasking of a selfing has recently been done ( it's owned, and selfed, and raised by a friend in my Orchid Soc. - who is also a member of the RHS Orchid Commttee ) and I am promised some seedlings in due course.

If I see it on offer elsewhere I'll buy it - it is No.1 on my wish-list at the moment. - so if any friend sees it offered in Europe especially , do me the kindness of a pm please .

btw they are not tiny flowers either - about 2 inches north-south.
Why have I never seen this before ? Maybe because it was only named in 2001, so perhaps is not really in commerce yet .

It has been my pleasure to share this with you.

From what I read, it can grow well in warm climates, but will need a good winter rest to bloom to its full potential.

Actually its a intermediate growing specie and been in the market for quite a while, esp in Asia and US. Ching Hua Orchids from Taiwan has it on their catalog, as well as many other Den species.
