    It looks a bit like Dendrobium Yukidaruma...try googling for images of that and see what you think...

    Kathi, I think you have nailed it !! Just googled it and also checked on Orchidwiz and it definitely looks like Yukidaruma. It certainly looked like a nobile or nobile cross, but on looking at the pedigree it is not, but genetically it is 50% nobile since its great great great grandparents decend from nobile

    Kathi, I'm not convinced. The petals look a little bit different. You don't think? What about Dendr. nobile var. amesiae?

    It was kind of hard for me to judge the petals from the pictures, so quite possible that yours are a bit different.
    I'm not familiar with var. amesiae though, so can't give you an opinion on that. Good luck with the ID!
