Horst, your plant is outstanding. I agree, the colors are very nice and delicate and the form is great, petals and sepals are wide and flat. Terrific bloom!! Congratulations and bravo!!

Quietly dramatic, Horst - a difficult combination to achieve. The photo is, of course, your usual fabulous work. It mesmerizes me. I did notice that the leaves behind the blooms show heavy mineral deposits, and I know you're such a perfectionist. Perhaps you couldn't remove it from the foliage? I have had orchids with such significant mineral deposits that I can't get them clear, no matter what I do. But, really, this is of no consequence and I only mention it because I think it's something you would notice in someone else's work.
Please understand, though, it's really of no consequence in such a gorgeous presentation - bravo!

    You are right!
Delicate flowers that blow you away.
Sorry about the mineral deposits. They are fungicide residue.
On some plants they stay for quite some time on other plants they wash of right away.
Perfectionist, yes! But with limits. Limits set by time available.
Thank you for admiring my plant and taking the time to find nice words about it.

Also sorry for the name. It wasn't me giving it this name. Certainly I would have find a more appropriate name.
