    Default Blc. Hippodamia 'hanabu'

This first one I think might be a Blc. Hippodamia 'hanabu' . I got that tag from Angela but it's now flowered so can anyone confirm what it is ?

This other one's tag says Den. Blue violetta . All my friends are in love with this one . I like it too .

This one is one of what my girlfriend Tamara likes to call our "death door orchids" , but as you can see it's not expecting the grim reaper .

Thanks guys for your kind words . It's been a long time waiting and watching to see if something would happen and finally it has . This proves to me now that I can do this . I can care for and bring to bloom some orchids . It's a really good feeling . I was beginning to waver for a bit back there . There is still one catt that has had a sheath for soo many months now I've lost track and still hasn't done anything but I guess it will or won't in it's own time . They still have to keep me in my place , after all can't let me think I have them all figured out .

A friend gave me a Cattleya bowringiana with 6 dried brown sheaths that was not blooming. I put it in and area to get the morning sun and it bloomed 2 weeks after on all 6 sheaths. Now every time the new growths come out and mature they bloom. Don't give up hope.

Zainal I would love to buy some more like you said and I actually had quite a few possibly close to 40 , (these were the only ones flowering ), but I am soon to move to Canada so have been giving my babies away little by little . it's what's necessary so have to do it . Just wanted to get in these few that bloomed for me before I go . Have a phal that's now growing a spike also but don't know that I will get to see the blooms before I leave but it's cool , I originally bought it in flower so I know what they look like .
