    Default Blc. Morning Glory 'Remar'

I was given a cutting of this plant sometime in October and it pleased me by giving me a spike. Unfortunately this is one of those obstinate plants that , no matter how you position it , it will do it's own tangled thing. The spike was growing at such an angle that it was difficult to stake it. It has/had three buds which are so heavy it caused the spike to fold. I have tied it up hoping the third bud will open before it croaks!!

Nice deep color for a Morning Glory. Most of the other cultivars are not nearly so color saturated.

Wow this is new to me! I love the heavy Brassavola influence- the spiky perianth and the flared trumpet-like lip! In fact you could say it's like a colourful Brassavola. So... does that mean it has scent?

There is so much out there! I don't think that I will ever discover the full range... which suits me fine: I know there will always be some delightful surprise just waiting to take me unawares!

The same thing happen to me with this orchid. I came home one night to the spike bent in to a V! I gave the spike support and so far the flowers have not wilted! Good luck with yours Angela!

Very exotic orchid. I like the dark base colored veins.
You have an extensive collection of Brassavola hybrids.
