Oh wow...I will keep an eye out for your posts. You will be getting some amazing plants over there (color me green with envy!). And you will basically be able to hang them in the trees and let them grow. Can't wait to see your pics!

the paki on the right, is that one a white flowered type, or is it a trick of the light?

As they age they fade to white, but only for a couple days before they fall off. If you look you can see the one flower getting ready to fall off...and I'm guessing that is when some take pics to sell their plants so people think they are getting the much rarer white flowers. It is why I bought mine, the pics showed white flowers on both occasions, so when mine bloomed yellow I wasn't super happy...but as the flowers are so interesting looking I have gotten over it. lol

yeah, mine do fade a bit a few days before they drop. ah, the elusive white paki! mine start out quite green and slowly fade to chartreuse. then go a little paler and drop. i was aware they would probably be green, but the spots make up for it. such charming little flowers. and i agree, they have gotten a little larger with each blooming. but still at just 2 flowers. i have a young plant though.

If we are lucky...and i've seen pictures of larger plants with as many as 6-7 flowers on each of two spikes. So we will keep our hopes up. Hopefully they do not have to be huge to perform this feat. lol
