nice color pattern, I like thses little jewels
Nice colors and shape - the plant reminds me of a one I picked up at an Atlanta Orchid Show meeting after a presentation by a breeder determined to capture the mini-catt market. They do well in baskets and are very neat and compact - I guess I'm just more of a drama junkie than these provide. And no scent, is there? None of mine were scented.
This orchid was purchased from a breeder who regularly attends the Atlanta show. It has no scent. Because on my restricted growing space I have mostly mini and compact Catts. Lately I have developed an interest in the small species members of the Cattleya Alliance. I do not know exactly how to express this thought but a number of the compact catts that are being produced have a little too much of a "designer" look for my liking.

That looks like the perfect orchid for that little basket. Beautiful!
