    Default Northenara Roy Yahiro

    Not sure if it's all the hurricanes or if it's just because we are entering our 2nd spring here in Key West but I've got this one currently blooming, and several others in spike including one that I've never seen in bloom before.

    Wow, nice colour on that one... and your growing conditions must be good for your plants to show their appreciation by spiking.

    Hey Wolf, those are gorgeous blooms! The color on the lip looks dusty purple, could it be...velvety? Very nice

    It is mildly fragrant, not sure how to describe it will try to get a whif later when I get back from work and see if I can pin it down. Thanks all. One of my grower friends down here in the Keys, Gary, thinks that the hurricanes etc threw off some of the timing on some plants because he has some that are throwing spikes that shouldn't be too.
