yes yes very nice...idk bout the States but down here they have no set blooming time...all year long and i mean ALL......this one is beautiful...we have the common Jaoquim as much as Arachnis...even escaping high up trees..if i had a good camera i wud take a pic u wudnt beleev the sight if i tried to describe it over 200+ spikes @ the very top of a 30 foot a mango tree...why dont u give it that wooden fence post to climb on? or even some bricks..it wud really take off..it is a climber in the wild and one of its parent V.hookeriana is swamp based..so high humidity is a plus!! i usually move potted plants like that to shadier locations and water and feed well to beef them up then move them to full sun and stimulate many blooms this way..i have never seen one sunburn on those terete leaves they tuff as hell...if u see the leaves crinkling after the initial blooming subsides...put back in a shadier location..of course if grown o a post or a mount they more or less take care of themselves

Well done, Jeff. Not an easy clone to find, even here in its original home.

thanks for the info King, much appreciated, not sure how I'm going to deal with this as it gets taller. The fence post would be great , except for weeks like this one when we are dipping into low 40's at nite. It gets full sun until about 2 in the afternoon , I'll keep an eye on the leaves afte it blooms.

I thought these would be easy to find in Florida, but I had to get this one from Hawaii, I'm looking for a white one

In Hawaii, they field grow them commercially for making leis, ect. Therefore they are getting full sun. Also, I don't think there is an alba form of this hybrid. What you might have seen is a cross made with this called Vanda Cooperi. It is a cross of Miss Joaquin x V hookeriana var alba.
