I'm guessing you mistyped the name Mietek. That's not Den. sulcatum, which is very distinctive with its evergreen, club-shaped, flat, pendulous pseudobulbs and its bunches of bright yellow flowers with red markings in the throat. The dendrobium you're showing belongs to section Dendrobium (nobile-type, deciduous plants with cane-like pseudobulbs that have leaves along the entire length of the canes and each cane only flowers once), whereas Den. sulcatum belongs to section Callista (evergreen, with a few leaves near the top of the cane and they flower for several years from the same cane).

I just checked for similar sounding species and found Dendrobium signatum. Is that what you have? ... Regardless of the name, though, it's a very pretty plant (I'm a sucker for orchids with white flowers). LOL

Tony, you are right. It should be signature, my mistake.
