Default Den. anosmum var. album and "type"

I grow both the "type" of Dendrobium anosmum and the var. album, which have a lovely fragrance and HUGE flowers compared to most of my other dendrobiums. Over the last few years both plants have given me masses of keikis and only a couple of flowers each spring. Last autumn I took the shade cloth down quite early as I noticed that most of my plants were getting lanky because they resented the darkness in the greenhouse. This was the result of three factors: 1) I've got soooo many plants hanging from the roof of the greenhouse now that the amount of light that reaches the benches has decreased considerably over the last two years. 2) I haven't renewed the bubble wrap insulation in 5 years, which means it now has a fair amount of algae growing on it now. 3) We only had 3 days of sunshine in the UK last summer (or at least that's I how remember it , though it seems that this summer is going to be even worse if the weather continues like this ). I think the extra bit of light they got this winter has really helped them bloom. I generally put my shade cloth up at the start of April ... but this year I think I'll wait a bit longer. Also, I'm trying to find some new shade cloth, the one I have is dark green (B&Q's own brand) and I think it blocks out too much light. Does anybody know of a good source for light shade cloth?
